Pilling appears in high-friction areas like underarms and sides.
The craft behind it:
Wool and cashmere shed short fibers under friction. Those fibers tangle into small pills. A sweater comb pulls the pills out instead of cutting them, so future pilling gradually decreases over the life of the knit.
Every garment is assessed before we begin. We remove pills carefully with a sweater comb, restoring the surface without tearing or stressing the yarn.

How Long It Takes
Once your garment arrives at our studio, the repair takes up to 2-3 weeks. Occasionally it takes a little longer, usually when we need to source matching materials like a specific zipper, buckle, button, or beading. If that’s the case for your repair, we’ll be in touch to let you know.
HOW SHIPPING WORKS
We offer courier shipping across Canada through FedEx. When you book a service, you'll pay a shipping fee to send your item to our atelier. Once your restoration is complete, we cover the cost of returning it to you.
