Snag repair is preventive care as much as repair. Caught early, a snag is a small fix. Left alone, it stretches, loosens surrounding stitches, and can lead to a hole.

How Long It Takes
Once your garment arrives at our studio, the repair takes up to 2-3 weeks. Occasionally it takes a little longer, usually when we need to source matching materials like a specific zipper, buckle, button, or beading. If that’s the case for your repair, we’ll be in touch to let you know.
HOW SHIPPING WORKS
We offer courier shipping across Canada through FedEx. When you book a service, you'll pay a shipping fee to send your item to our atelier. Once your restoration is complete, we cover the cost of returning it to you.
