Which destinations do you ship to?
We ship domestically within Canada and internationally. Rates are calculated at check-out.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow up to 5 additional business days on top of delivery times for order processing. Any orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please visit our shipping page for additional information and delivery times.
Do I need to sign for my order?
To ensure your new re piece arrives safely to you, a signature is required for all deliveries.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships from our studio, we will email you a tracking number. Please follow the link in the email to track your package. If you have any issues receiving your package or with tracking, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to assist you.
I made a mistake on my order, can it be changed?
Contact us immediately if you have made a mistake at email@example.com. Once your order has been shipped it is not possible to make changes to it.
Can I exchange my product after receiving it?
We are unable to offer exchanges online at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop and Google Pay.
